A century-old American dairy brand needed to reclaim relevance without abandoning the heritage equity that made it iconic. # The challenge

Borden's visual identity had drifted across decades of ownership changes and inconsistent application. The mark lacked clarity at digital scales, the color system was undefined, and the brand had no coherent language for packaging, social, or web.

We distilled the brand's heritage into a refined, scalable system — preserving Elsie the cow as an equity anchor while rebuilding every surrounding element from scratch to meet modern retail and digital standards.
